So how does the scheme work?

1. We agree the level of assistance you need and the budget
2. Analyse your portfolio and establish generic properties across the portfolio
3. Set up a cost effective training regime part online, part classroom based to suit your needs and your pocket
4. Set up a mentoring programme
5. Carry out assessments on an agreed small sample of generic properties in tandem
6. We carry out audits as required - remote and onsite where required
7. Support any requests for specialist services

During the programme we constantly monitor the budgeted expenditure and progress to ensure absolute compliance with the programme of work and the objectives agreed at the outset.

Finally a quarterly report will be issued for review savings made, staff capabilities and receive general feedback. Savings will be forthcoming and compliance assured.
