 The foundation for an effective fire safety regime!

The Fire Risk Assessment is our principle activity as it is at the very core of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005. (The "FSO")

Many people have their own view on what is necessary and that fire safety management is simple. This is often without any knowledge of the dynamics of fire and human behavior that causes a fire and arises once an incident occurs; we do.

What really counts is an accurate assessment based on experience and an effective plan of action followed through in a reasonable timescale.

Our reports are designed to be fully compliant with the requirements of the Order, easy to read and very understandable. There is an executive summary that clearly shows the current safety rating, what fire safety measures are in place, how many significant findings there are and when they ought to be addressed.

For those who select it we can also generate a budgetary cost against the findings to help with managing any remedial work.

The fees for a fire risk assessment vary dependant upon the scope of the overall contract, the location, size, use and occupancy of the property. We expect everyone to make significant savings by using our system.

For example a small office, hotel or block of flats could cost as little as £180 whilst a large health centre could cost £600. We would expect the savings by using our assessment for remedial work compared to the cost from an assessor/supplier organisation could be more than the cost of our actual assessment!
