Fire door plans

In complex buildings there is sometimes a need to carry out a comprehensive fire door review where during an fire risk assessment we have proposed a change in the evacuation route. Our plan could save the cost of fitting or refurbishing expensive fire door sets.

There may also be a requirement where there is a change of occupation or use, or a new building phase is proposed. This activity is costed on a day rate basis but is not recommended unless we can see a real cost advantage to the client in the planned review.

Furthermore as we are independent of any product sales we have no hidden agenda to sell doors; we only offer savings. We calculated a saving of £20,000 for one of our clients on a project to assess 400+ doors.
