Firecomply is based in the North West of England specialising in fire risk assessments across Liverpool, The Wirral and other parts of the Northwest, but we also operate across the UK.
In the recent past we have completed fire risk assessments on hundreds of properties including hostels, flats, health centres, industrial units, schools and hotels. Our favourite has to be the iconic Royal Liver Building. Reported to be one of the most photographed buildings in the region with the famous Liver Birds overlooking the River Mersey. Our purpose is to help clients protect people and properties at minimal cost. Through our service we can help prevent injuries, save lives and avoid enforcement action.
Save money and protect your reputation
Clients throughout the country have chosen Firecomply for their fire risk assessment because we are able to save people large sums of money and ensure that reputations are maintained as well. If you are based in the UK whether you’re in Merseyside, Birmingham, Bristol or London, we can cater to your needs with sensitivity and professionalism.
Fire Risk Assessments
Fire Risk Assessment is one of the most important services offered by Firecomply as it is the centre of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005. Firecomply provide fire risk assessments for a wide variety of buildings to include social housing units, care homes, health centres, schools, hotels or commercial offices and all of our reports are designed to offer full compliance with the Order.
Our fire risk assessments provide you with an executive summary which is easy to read and clearly shows the current safety rating of your building plus the safety measures which are currently in place, how many significant findings there are and when they need to be looked at.
Fees for a fire risk assessment vary depending on the location, size, use and occupancy of a property, but we expect that anyone who uses our system will save money. For example, a small social housing unit, hotel or commercial office might cost as little as £180 plus VAT, whereas a large block care home will cost more but is still a very cost effective way of managing your fire safety management plan.
If you are unsure of the suitability of your existing fire risk assessment, which may have been produced by the building owners, managers or a third party, Firecomply can provide you with a free audit which will identify if you need to take any further steps to making sure your building is fully compliant.
Firecomply “strive to deliver a quality service at a competitive price with reliable and timely delivery”. If you are under pressure from the authorities, Firecomply can act quickly and efficiently to ensure we deliver a “suitable and sufficient” fire risk assessment in the timescale required.
